**Notice of Intent to Sole Source:** Emergency Generator Repairs THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The National Park Service (NPS), Arizona Major Acquisition Buying Office (AZ MABO), hereby gives notice of intent to award a firm fixed price contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) and the procedures at FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 to:

Wheeler Machinery Co 4901 W 2100 S Salt Lake City, Utah 84120 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. This is a one-time emergency service requirement. Please see attached redacted Justification and Approval document for more information. The purpose of this notice is to satisfy the requirements of FAR Subpart 5.2.
