BLM-WY Rock Springs CAT D6RII XL Repair This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The BLM contemplates issuing a firm-fixed price. This requirement is for required maintenance of a CAT D6RII XL to support the Rock Springs Field Office in Wyoming. See the Attachment 01 for the Statement of Work.

Period of Performance: 15 Aug 2025 - 31 Dec 2025 Basic Contracting Requirements:

1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov.

2. Compliance with Section 889 clauses.

3. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay invoices.

4. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Item 5. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 6. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 811310 7. Evaluation Criteria provided in FAR clause 52.212-2.

Minimum Requirements for Responsive Quote:

1. Filled in and signed SF1449 (first pages of solicitation).

2. Technical response detailing your experience and capabilities - See FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Factors in solicitation for full explanation.

3. Itemized quote with total price for the maintenance.

4. Email all items to the POC below no later than the required response date.
