PARTICLE ANALYZER FOR NML REQUEST FOR QUOTE INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 was published in the Federal Register May 22, 2024. This acquisition is full and open competition. DESCRIPTION The Bureau of Land Management- Wyoming, National Mineral Testing Lab, requires a Particle Size Analyzer as described in the attached salient characteristics. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 07/02/2024 at 2PM MDT. Proposals submitted by hardcopy, or any web portal shall not be accepted or considered. Offerors are to include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation as seen in the Specification Sheet (see Attachment).
