This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0091. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 dated 01/17/2025. Thermo Fisher Brand Name only. This requirement is not set-aside small business.

Delivery Address: USGS 230 N. Collins Rd Building 4, Boise, ID 83702. Delivery date for estimate only: 06/30/2025 or earlier. FOB destination requested.

Equipment Requirement: New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. USGS is tax-exempt. Offerors must submit sufficient documentation to demonstrate their capability to perform the required services. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration.

System for Award Management UEI Attached Pages: Technical Specifications, 1 page 889 Certification Document, require check mark and signature, 2 pages Clauses and Provisions, 18 pages Questions are due in writing to yangzhideng@usgs.gov by 05/05/2025, 1500 PST.
