ISBEE Sources Sought Notice Title: Sources Sought Notice - ISBEE Landscaping Services for BIA Eastern Nevada Agency Description: The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Eastern Nevada Agency, is seeking Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) capable of providing lawn maintenance and landscaping services for the Duck Valley Indian Reservation and associated properties in Owyhee, Nevada. This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation.

Scope of Work: Services include, but are not limited to:

- Biweekly mowing and weed control for the Jail facility. - Weekly mowing, string trimming, and edging for other identified properties. - Fertilizing, trimming, and edging of walks. - Contractor must provide all qualified labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to maintain grounds as specified in facility maps. - Work to be performed between 5:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays. Work outside these hours requires prior written approval from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

Period of Performance: 1 Base Year, with five option years.

Site Visits: Site visits are encouraged. Maps can be provided upon request.
