This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Scope of Work: Services include, but are not limited to: - Biweekly mowing and weed control for the Jail facility. - Weekly mowing, string trimming, and edging for other identified properties. - Fertilizing, trimming, and edging of walks. - Contractor must provide all qualified labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to maintain grounds as specified in facility maps. - Work to be performed between 5:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays. Work outside these hours requires prior written approval from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Period of Performance: 1 Base Year, with five option years. Site Visits: Site visits are encouraged. Maps can be provided upon request.
