AMENDMENT 4 - The purpose of this amendment is to accomplish the following:

1.To provide an updated attachment, Instructions and Evaluation_ESO_Solicitation_06202024_Amendment_4. This document is to provide an updated Phase II schedule for the contractors that responded to Phase ! and have received notification to continue to Phase II.

AMENDMENT 3 - The purpose of this amendment is to accomplish the following:

1. Provide an updated attachment that responds to an additonal clarification received. The previous document responding to questions has been deleted and replaced with a new version dated 05302024.:

AMENDMENT 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to accomplish the following:

1. Upload the solicitation that is considered as "FINAL" that provides and updated scheduled of response due dates.

2. Post responses to vendors question received.

3. Upload drawings that are included in the solicitation documents.

AMENDMENT 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to upload Attachments 4 and 5 that were inadvertently omitted when the solicitation was issued. The NIST Emergency Services Office (ESO) manages and maintains all aspects of the security system. The system consists of the Security Network, Physical Access Control System (PACS) and Video Management Systems (VMS). This is an accredited information technology system certified to operate on-site.

The database contains Privacy Act information, as well as controls for the protection of high-value assets and classified material located on-site. The Government requires Contractor’s support for the current and future needs of the Security Systems and Access Controls Group within ESO.

This indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract aka “contract” would provide flexibility in the maintenance and other support contracts for the PACS, VMS, Key Management System (KMS), among other primary and secondary systems used on campus. See attached solicitation for requirements and specific instructions.
