Attachment 1, Attachment 3 , and Attachment 4 dated April 1, 2026 have been revised accordingly and attached in this announcement. The USDA Farm Service Agency and Natural Resources Conservation Service located in Rowan County, Salisbury, NC USDA Service Center requires a short-term rental for office space. Please see Attachment 3 - Statement of Work and Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions for additional information. Anticipated period of performance is March 30, 2026- March 29, 2027 with four possible option years.
