## Description

Amendment 0002 - The solicitation due date and time have been extended to April 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET. Changes have been made to the Statement of Work. Attachment 1, Attachment 3 , and Attachment 4 dated April 1, 2026 have been revised accordingly and attached in this announcement. A signed copy of this amendment shall be provided at the time of quote submission.

Amendment 0001 - Questions and Answers are provided in the attached amendment. A signed copy of this amendment shall be provided a the time of quote submission. The quote due date has not been extended.

The USDA Farm Service Agency and Natural Resources Conservation Service located in Rowan County, Salisbury, NC USDA Service Center requires a short-term rental for office space. Please see Attachment 3 - Statement of Work and Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions for additional information. Anticipated period of performance is March 30, 2026- March 29, 2027 with four possible option years.
