Repair HVAC in Laboratories 15 and 18

AMENDMENT 1 POSTED Includes updated Performance Work Statement and Clauses and Provisions. Offerors must submit updated proposal in accordance with Amendment 1 to be considered. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12805B23Q0394 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05.

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area has a need to purchase Repairs to HVAC in Laboratories 15 and 18. The Government intends to award firm fixed price purchase order. The requirements are in further detail in the attached Requirements Documents.
