Rugged, Portable Veterinary Ultrasound Unit - Award Notice

AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 06/06/2024): This amendment (0001) is being issued to add a question and answer document along with an SF-30 amendment acknowledgment form to Attachments/Links. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0194 is to provide a Rugged, Portable Veterinary Ultrasound Unit in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section.

The associated NAICS is 334510 (“Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing”) with a small business size standard of under 1,250 employees. The applicable PSC is 6525 (“Imaging Equipment and Supplies: Medical, Dental, Veterinary”). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award.

Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, June 4, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation.

A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details. All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Quotes are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, June 10, 2024.
