## Description

**AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 06/06/2024):** This amendment (0001) is being issued to add a question and answer document along with an SF-30 amendment acknowledgment form to Attachments/Links. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0194 is to provide a Rugged, Portable Veterinary Ultrasound Unit in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section.

The associated NAICS is 334510 (“Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing”) with a small business size standard of under 1,250 employees. The applicable PSC is 6525 (“Imaging Equipment and Supplies: Medical, Dental, Veterinary”). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award.
