AMENDMENT 0002 (Dated 02/29/2024): This amendment (0002) is being issued to:

AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 02/20/2024): This amendment (0001) is being issued to add a question and answer document to Attachments/Links. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0073 is for a multi-sample UV-Vis spectrophotometer for DNA quantification and quality assessment in accordance with the Specifications (Specs) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section.

The associated NAICS is 334516 (“Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing”) with a small business size standard of under 1,000 employees. The applicable PSC is 6640 (“Laboratory Equipment and Supplies”). This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted.

A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details. All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Quotes are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, March 11, 2024.
