## Description

**AMENDMENT 0002 (Dated 02/29/2024):** This amendment (0002) is being issued to:

(1) Change the solicitation from a total small business set aside to being unrestricted.

(2) Extend the time given to submit quotes.

(3) Make updates to all dates. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

**AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 02/20/2024):** This amendment (0001) is being issued to add a question and answer document to Attachments/Links. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0073 is for a multi-sample UV-Vis spectrophotometer for DNA quantification and quality assessment in accordance with the Specifications (Specs) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section.
