Provide Preventative Maintenance, Emergency Repairs, and Software/Firmware Update Services

This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0038 is for preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and software/firmware update services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) with a small business size standard of under $34.0 Million. The applicable PSC is J066 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Instruments and Laboratory Equipment).

This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. It is the Government’s intent to make an award that includes a base and four option years. An award being made is subject to the availability of funds. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed SF1449 and "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes.
