The Croatan Ranger District requires a compact tractor with all wheel drive, a low center of gravity, and dual wheels to reduce ecological impact on swampy and sandy soils during maintenance activities. It will be used to maintain ditches and canals with 30-degree slopes as well as mowing campgrounds, recreation areas and septic drainage fields.The machine needs to be small enough to be transportable on existing district transport equipment.

Deliver a VENTRAC 4520 (or equal) gas tractor with attachments (see attached pecifications). Offered product should include all components required to use all attachments on delivery. Equipment is to be delivered to 141 E. Fisher Avenue, New Bern, NC 28560. Delivery requested as soon as possible. Please include estimated ARO on quote. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror responsive to this RFQ is the lowest price technically acceptable.
