Update: The U.S Forest Service CSA #8 hereby cancels the solicitation for Durango Air Tanker Base HVAC Repairs that was originally issued on August 14, 2024 and for which proposals were due on September 20, 2024 due to lack of availability of funds. Persuant to FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds" Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the avallability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.

No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made avallable to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer." in "Section I" of this solicitation. Interested vendors are encouraged to watch SAM.gov for future re-solicitation announcements once funds are available.

NOTICE: This solicitation has been amended to post contractors questions and answers, please review ALL the new documents attached to this announcement. No bid bonds/offer guarantee will be required for this project. This solicitation amendment is issued to:
