Pick-up and Delivery Location: Umpqua National Forest, Automotive Shop 2691 Diamond Lake Blvd. Roseburg, OR. 97470. The contraccting officer's representative (COR) is Rhonda Hjort, plese contact her for technical questions at .rhonda.hjort@usda.gov. The Contractor shall notify the COR, 48 hours in advance of pick-up and delivery at (541) 957-3426. See Attached Specifications.
