## Description

Furnish and install FOB Destination (1) 1100-gallon tank with two separate compartments. One 900-gallon vacuum truck tank compartment for waste disposal, one 200-gallon compartment for freshwater storage. Vehicle 4533, 2025 Ford F650. Pick up and Delivery is optional.

**Pick-up and Delivery Location:** Umpqua National Forest, Automotive Shop 2691 Diamond Lake Blvd. Roseburg, OR. 97470. The contraccting officer's representative (COR) is Rhonda Hjort, plese contact her for technical questions at .rhonda.hjort@usda.gov. The Contractor shall notify the COR, 48 hours in advance of pick-up and delivery at (541) 957-3426. See Attached Specifications.
