The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks a qualified Contractor to provide legal services for employment-related litigation, including class actions. Contractor support is to augment agency legal resources provided by the Office of the General Counsel (OGC). This acquisition will use simplified acquisition procedures. The intent is to award a single contract to one vendor to support USDA OGC.

The Contractor shall provide the full gamut of legal services for employment-related litigation in accordance with EEOC Initial Orders, MSPB Acknowledgement Orders and USDA regulations. The scope of the resultant delivery/task order may include employment-related legal services for Forest Service.
