FNS SNAP E&T

The USDA FNS proposes to issue a sole source logical follow-on, firm fixed price (FFP) contract to Steampunk, In. USDA FNS, OIT requires vendor assistance in smoothing the transition from traditional Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Employment and Training (E&T) data collection to the DATASET system.

This includes system enhancements and modifications to DATASET, production of training materials and training FNS Regional staff and SNAP State agency staff on utilization of DATASET, soliciting end-user feedback, and ongoing maintenance of the DATASET system. Steampunk will focus on the system development, roll-out, and enhancing the Customer Experience of the E&T Data Solution to support stakeholders and users in meeting their needs.

The current work also included development of an application to digitize three critical online forms and the accompanying data analytics features to support the evaluation of the program’s performance and impact.
