4/25/2024: Adding a memo and questions asked for review. The memo has the details for the pre-solicitation meeting in Missoula and instrcutions for attendance both virtually and in person. The memo is titled "Pre Sol Memo with Questions Attached 24R9100."

See attached DRAFT solicitiation for National Smokejumper Aircraft Services. Commnet period is open from 1 - 12 April 2024. Questions / concerns / comments shall be submitted through the Microsoft Forms link on page 1 of the attached DRAFT solicitaiton. An in-person / virtual industry engagement day is scheduled for 30 April 2024 in Missoula, Montana (time and location to be determined). The FINAL solicitation and answers to questions shall be posted to SAM.gov after the industry engagement day. A minumum of thirty (30) days shall be allowed for proposal submission after the FINAL solicitation is posted.
