**9/20/2024:**

Amendment 0003 is to incorprate changes to Section B. The Solicitation has been re-opened and will close the 30th of September. Please see amendment 0003 for details.

**8/09/2024:**

Questions / concerns / comments shall be submitted through the Microsoft Forms link on page 1 of the attached DRAFT solicitaiton. An in-person / virtual industry engagement day is scheduled for 30 April 2024 in Missoula, Montana (time and location to be determined). The FINAL solicitation and answers to questions shall be posted to SAM.gov after the industry engagement day. A minumum of thirty (30) days shall be allowed for proposal submission after the FINAL solicitation is posted.
