Kodiak 100 Aircraft Purchase

Notice of intent to purchase Kodiak 100 aircraft with Kodiak Aircraft Company, Inc., 1200 Turbine Drive, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, on a sole source basis (see attached justification). This notice is not a request for proposal. No solicitation will be made available. Interested parties must email an interest letter that clearly demonstrates its capabilities and rationale as to why it should be considered.

Responses to this notice shall be sent to Tony Bernard, Contract Specialist, at tony.bernard@usda.gov, before 1200 hours ET, January 18, 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any costs associated with providing the capability information will be provided.
