GPO Pueblo Warehouse Racks System

Amendmnet 0001 is to provide responses to questions and provide additional drawings. The purpose of this solicitation is to is to furnish the U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) with a Pueblo warehouse racking system designed for the storage of finished materials on pallets. The Contractor is responsible for delivering a comprehensive floor layout and design for the storage racks that optimizes storage capacity.

The GPO requires the installation of the pallet racking storage system at the designated site in Pueblo, CO. The Contractor shall provide a fully integrated, turn-key solution that meets the requirements specified herein and complies with the solicitation's outlined specifications and timelines. The products, supplies and services must be placed against the contract in accordance with the Materials Management Acquisition Regulation (MMAR).

The Contractor is responsible for delivering a comprehensive design for the storage racks that optimizes storage capacity. The GPO requires the installation of the pallet racking storage system at the designated site in Pueblo, CO. The Contractor shall provide a fully integrated, turn-key solution that adheres to the requirements specified herein and complies with the solicitation's outlined specifications and timelines. C.2.1 The Contractor shall:

a. Supply and install a warehouse racking system in accordance with design based on the layout provided in (attachment J.3), which conforms to or exceeds stated requirements outlined in the following sections and subsections.

b. Provide the required installation, interconnection, and integration.

c. Provide definitions of all external utility requirements.

d. Deliver and rig all equipment to the site.

e. Provide required training (if applicable based on design).

f. Meet Performance Testing Criteria (reference section C.2.3.3) g. Provide warranty for 1 year on parts and labor. h. Provide for telephone support within 24 hours of contact by GPO’s maintenance contractor regarding maintenance (if applicable based on design).
