The Contractor shall provide a fully integrated, turn-key solution that adheres to the requirements specified herein and complies with the solicitation's outlined specifications and timelines. C.2.1 The Contractor shall: a. Supply and install a warehouse racking system in accordance with design based on the layout provided in (attachment J.3), which conforms to or exceeds stated requirements outlined in the following sections and subsections. b. Provide the required installation, interconnection, and integration. c. Provide definitions of all external utility requirements. d. Deliver and rig all equipment to the site. e.
