The U.S. Naval Hospital, Guam intends to negotiate with Karl Storz Endoscopy-America, Inc., 2151 E. Grand Avenue, El Segundo, CA 90245 to purchase Cystoscopy equipment with accessories. The equipment plus accessories are direct replacements for existing equipment that has become obsolete.

The applicable NAICS code is 339113. The PSC is 6515. The authority for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b): Soliciting from a single source.
