**Special Notice:** This is a notice of intent to award on a sole source basis. This is not a request for quotes nor a solicitation for offers. The U.S. Naval Hospital, Guam intends to negotiate with Karl Storz Endoscopy-America, Inc., 2151 E. Grand Avenue, El Segundo, CA 90245 to purchase Cystoscopy equipment with accessories. The equipment plus accessories are direct replacements for existing equipment that has become obsolete.
