0800-1600 Location Address: Naval Station Mayport 191 SUPPLY ST MAYPORT, FL 32228 USCGC VALIANT requires new wear resistant deck flooring. During the course of dry dock, operations, and age, carpet in the Commanding Officer’s Cabin, Executive Officer’s Stateroom, Operation Officer’s Stateroom, and First Lieutenant’s Stateroom have fallen to disrepair, habitat for mold, and stained. VALIANT requires new flooring to replace carpet to improve habitability, cleanliness, and easier maintenance.

Wear resistant deck flooring would be easier to clean and maintain in addition to being water resistant. Contractor will remove all carpet, remove previous adhesive residue, and prepare surface for flooring installation. Furnish and install wear resistant deck flooring (Dark natural wood color) and install 4” black cove base. Contractor shall install a 4-inch high vinyl cove base molding, or cove up the sheet edges to a maximum height of four inches at all bulkhead boundaries, where applicable.

In addition Contractor shall also meet the following requirements for flooring: TABLE C-1 - FLOORING SYSTEM PARTICULARS TILE TYPE ADHESIVE REQUIREMENT Tile Type: Wear Resistant Deck Tile (MIL-PRF-32170, Type I, Class 1) Adhesive Requirement: Epoxy Adhesive (MIL-24456) - Wet, Damp, and Dry Areas New Flooring Locations:

CO’s Stateroom: 216 sq ft XO’S Stateroom: 96 sq ft OPS Stateroom: 121 sq ft 1LT Stateroom: 82 sq ft Subject to the following Far Clauses (See attached) 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. 52.222-44 Fair Labor Standards Act and Service Contract Labor Standards-Price Adjustment. 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
