JBER CDC Snow/Ice Removal PLEASE PROVIDE SMALL BUSINESS CLASSIFICATION The Contractor shall clear snow and ice from all main entrances by 0600 on occurrence days to provide secure footing conditions for all sidewalks. The landings near doorway entrances, wheelchair ramps must be cleared no later than 1 hour after occupation of the following facilities: • Denali CDC Bldg. 7377, 15th St., JBER-Elmo • Kodiak CDC Bldg. 6, JBER-Rich • Talkeetna CDC Bldg. 11, JBER-Rich • Sitka CDC Bldg. 6376, 15th St., JBER-Elmo • Illa SAC Bldg. 36100, Arctic Valley Road, JBER-Rich • Ketchikan SAC Bldg. 7163, 11th St., JBER-Elmo • Katmai CDC, Bldg. 7181, JBER-Elmo
