SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the construction of the Renovate Materials Analysis Lab F/20071 project at WPAFB in Dayton, Ohio. As part of the construction contract solicitation, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements: nVent/HOFFMAN: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment and material for data racks/cabinets, internals, and power supplies.

Predator Elite Integration Security Platform: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment and material that will include balanced magnetic switches, motion detectors, glass break sensors, tamper switches, card readers (with and without keypads), local audible alarms, electrified mortise locks, and power supplies.

BridgePoint Systems, Inc: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment and material for hardware and software for the Physical Access Control System (PACS) and associated equipment.

SimplexGrinnell fire alarm system equipment: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment and material and will provide a complete control panel fully enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet which must be compatible with and integrated within the existing fire alarm system at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB).

Johnson Controls HVAC Control Software and associated equipment: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment and material for the Johnson Controls HVAC Control Software and associated equipment. *This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice.

All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 3:00 PM ET on 05 November 2024 to Megan.R.Murphy@usace.army.mil.
