The Washington National Guard is seeking Occupational Medical Surveillance Examinations in order to monitor the health of approximately 90 technicians exposed to workplace hazards. The examinations will be given to technicians working in aviation and ground heavy equipment maintenance, mechanics, painters, welders, and any other employees exposed to workplace hazards. The Technician Occupational Medical Surveillance Examination is a statutory OSHA and Department of Defense requirement.
All examinations will be conducted on-site at workcenters across the state of Washington and prospective service providers would be required coordinate their own travel and accomodations as part of the service. All interested parties should respond to this announcment by emailing dennis.k.jutras.civ@army.mil no later than 31 January 2025. The intent of this announcement is to determine availability and capability of sources. Please do not request any solicitation or announcment information at this time. Please include:
Capability Statement (describing current capabilities as well as recent/relevant experience) SAM Registration Information, to include Unique Entity ID (UEI), Cage Code, and business size/type. Any Small Disadvantagged Business status should be highlighted in the response for set-aside consideration.
