This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 (17 January 2025).

This procurement will be evaluated as the lowest price technically acceptable for the procurement of the following services: Maintenance for Low energy X-Ray, processor, Digital Detector Arrays (ATC) for One (1) base period and four (4) option periods. This is a non-personal services contract to provide maintenance, repairs, and tech support for the low energy X-Ray equipment, X-Ray processor and Digital Detector Arrays.

This equipment is used to support hard armor, as well as small and large caliber ammunition testing. Reference the attached PWS for the full list of requirements for this procurement. Performance shall be in accordance with the terms and standards contained herein, including all referenced publications and instructions. These services will be reimbursed at supplier invoiced cost and freight costs incurred in obtaining the necessary parts and materials, except those identified as contractor furnished items. Additional details are located within the attached PWS. The place of performance shall be at ATC, in and around Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Area.
