Veterinary Pharmaceuticals and Veterinary Medical Supplies

Medical Readiness Contracting Office-East, (MRCO-E) has a requirement to source and provide various veterinary pharmaceuticals and veterinary medical supplies to organizations across the enterprise who currently cannot obtain the veterinary pharmaceuticals or veterinary medical supplies from a mandatory source or by using a government purchase card.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and transportation necessary to source and ship all the veterinary pharmaceuticals and veterinary medical supplies issued on individual delivery orders directly to the organizations across the enterprise. Any interested party must have the ability to sub-contract and obtain multiple sources for pharmaceuticals and supplies in order to fill the orders completely and meet the mission of the organizations supported. Interested parties shall provide their ability to:

1. Source - provide the percentage of items from the attached list they can source. Identify the veterinary pharmaceuticals or veterinary medical supplies that cannot be sourced.

2. Shipping - ability to ship across the continent United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

3. Average Turnaround Time (TaT) from order placement (award). The resulting award will be an IDIQ for commercial supplies.
