SOURCES SOUGHT. Medical Readiness Contracting Office-East, (MRCO-E), Womack Army medical Center has a requirement for a 36 -Month Blanket purchase Agreement to provide a variety of men and women safety boots and shoes for the staff of Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) with emphasis in black in color and variety of sizes from 5 through 20. Shoe requirements for individuals will vary based on each staff member. The period of performance is anticipated to be from 01 August 2024 thru 31 July 2027. The government intends to acquire a supply of safety boots and shoes as needed for staff to safely perform their duties.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Womack Army Medical Center has requested a BPA for 36 months for safety boots and shoes that is currently purchased for various WAMC staff. The contractor shall deliver the requested items to Womack Army Medical Center, Medical Warehouse, and Bldg. 4-2817 Rock Merritt Ave, Fort Liberty, NC 28310. The contractor shall visit the Womack Army Medical Center the second (2nd) Tuesday of every month to offer the acquisitions of men and women safety shoes to WAMC staff in a mobile shoe store.

The contractor shall provide an invoice at the end of each visit and will be paid via the Government Purchase Card (GPC). The solicitation number will be W91YTZ24Q0101, the resulting award will be made on DD Form 1155 (Blanket Purchase Order). This requirement is for commercial services. The NAICS for this requirement is 316210: Footwear Manufacturing (PSC) 8430 Footwear Men’s. This notice is for information only and not a request for competitive proposals.
