The Medical Readiness Contracting Office– East (MRCO-E), Fort Liberty, NC intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole sourced contract to Sirtex Medical Inc. 300 Unicorn Park Drive Woburn, MA 01801, United States for supplies to the Nuclear Medicine Services, Department of Radiology, Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Liberty, North Carolina 28310. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91YTZ24Q0051 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice 20231025. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 334517- Irradiation Apparatus Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1200 employees.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) is requesting approval for a Firm Fixed Price contract for a supply buy SIR-Spheres® Y-90 resin microspheres and other materials used in conjunction with the microspheres at to the Department of Radiology, Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Liberty for a period of performance to begin 1 June 2024, through 30 September 2028.
