The 160th Theater Signal Brigade, Administration, Information Technology Engineering and Logistical Support (AITEL) for Southwest Asia and Central Asia. The Government has an ongoing need for the full range of staff support services to include, administrative support, operations support, information systems engineering support, and logistics support for the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM), 160th Theater Signal Brigade, and its subordinate commands, 25th and 54th Strategic Signal Battalions.

The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, administration, deliverables, reporting, housing, leased vehicles, travel, training, and equipment required to perform the Brigade and Battalion staff support services. Primary places of performance are Kuwait and Qatar, with the possibility of expansion into other locations within Southwest Asia or Central Asia.

The solicitation will be unrestricted (full and open) and utilize the competitive procedures described in FAR Part 15. The resultant contract will be an incrementally funded, non-commercial, cost reimbursable, single “C” type contract awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation requirements and presents the best value to the Government, with appropriate consideration given to the evaluation factors of Mission Support, Past Performance, and Cost. Award will be made without discussions.
