Alavarado Hall of Fame Project

This is an RFI announcement only. There is no solicitation available at this time. If a solicitation is released it will be posted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and its supplements. It is the contractor’s responsibility to monitor the Government Point of Entry for release of any solicitation.

BACKGROUND Alvarado Hall, Fort Huachuca has four (4) sets of wall frames that hold photos of the current Army Chain of Command, past Commanding Generals, past Command Sergeants Major, and past Chiefs of Staff. The wall frames have no additional space and need to be expanded to include a third row. This requirement is to expand the wall frames in Alvarado Hall and cut picture frames (procured separately from this contract) to ensure they fit into the custom wall frames.

SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS Quantity (2) Picture frame holders 118 in long, by 18.5 in high Quantity (1) Picture frame holder 76 in long, by 18.5 in high Quantity (1) Picture frame holder 176 in long, by 18.5 in high Quantity (1) Leadership Display Picture Frame Holder, 58.5 in long, by 42.75 in high As the current wall frames were custom made, the expansion must match the existing exactly. Any variances from the existing custom work (including style, color, wood type, etc.) are not acceptable.

Acknowledgement of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified of the evaluation of the information received.
