RFQ Port Handling In land Transportation (PHIT) solicitation

Please see attached PWS and order form for more information. This contract requires the contractor to provide Port Handling/ Inland Transportation (PHIT) and Vehicle Transportation with driver services. Support for the required services and supplies will normally be in a two-week period at two to four locations on Borneo such as (East) Malaysia, including Kota Kinabalu and Kota Belud.

It includes but is not limited to Customs broker, Crane operation for port use, Forklifts, Flatbeds, Low boys line haul services, emergency vehicles, Wrecker, scissor lift, etc. All questions or concerns need to be submitted NLT 26 April 2024; 1700hrs Hawaiian Standard Time.

Solicitation Closing Date: NLT 30 April 2024; 1700hrs Hawaiian Standard Time. Period of Performance is 09 May 2024-23 July 2024. Ensure to review the documents in its entirety and complete all highlighted portions to include but not limited to:
