This is an “Information Only” Sources Sought Notice for Korean Vendors ONLY. This is not a request for quotes, proposals, or an invitation for bids. This sources sought notice is for market research and informational purposes only, with the primary purpose being solely to determine availability. If your organization is a Korean vendor or organization authorized to work in the Republic of Korea, please read on.

The Government is seeking a subject matter expert to conduct two in-person training seminars for United States Air Force (USAF) Airmen transitioning from USAF into civilian life. The presenter must possess real-world experience, a background in lecturing, and documented past performance of at least three training sessions conducted for USAF Airmen within the last five years.

The training shall focus on resume building, crafting an effective networking platform, understanding civilian workplace culture, interview skills, and translating Air Force jobs to comparable civilian positions. The required training must include a 1-hour session, then a facilitated workshop lasting 3-5 hours. There is potential for the presenter to conduct an additional hour-long session with the Fighter Wing on the same day, stationed at Osan Air Base. All training must be delivered in English.
