This is an “Information Only” Sources Sought” Notice for Korean Vendors ONLY. This is not a request for quotes, proposals, or an invitation for bids. This sources sought notice is for market research and informational purposes only. The primary purpose is solely to determine availability. Our target is Korean vendors or organizations authorized to work in the Republic of Korea.

This notice is to request capability information on Korean consultants who consider themselves qualified to conduct in-person training workshops for United States Air Force (USAF) Airmen. The training shall focus on building mental strength, psychological flexibility, and cognitive resilience within the military population, preparing them for future demands. The customized engagements should place an intentional focus on training an Airman’s mind for future battle space.

The training must include three 90-minute workshops providing instruction targeted to USAF Noncommissioned officers, Company Grade Officers, Commanders, Senior Enlisted Leaders, and First Sergeants stationed at Osan Air Base. All training must be delivered in English.

Submission Instructions: Interested parties are invited to submit a response or capability statement to this sources sought notice by 1:00PM KST, 31 July 2024. The Government will NOT reimburse vendors for their submissions. All questions and responses regarding this Sources Sought Notice shall be emailed to michael.l.west8.civ@army.mil
