Proactive Leadership Training

This is an “Information Only” Sources Sought Notice for Korean vendors ONLY. It is not a request for quotes, proposals, or an invitation for bids. The purpose of this notice is strictly for market research and informational purposes, with the primary objective of assessing the availability of qualified vendors. Our focus is on Korean vendors or organizations authorized to operate within the Republic of Korea.

Specifically, we are seeking capability information from Korean consultants who consider themselves qualified to conduct leadership training workshops for United States Air Force members. These workshops aim to transform organizational leadership perspectives and enhance individual leaders’ approaches to supervisory responsibilities. The training workshop must align directly with 51st Wing Priority #2, “Develop Innovative Leaders,” by providing proactive leadership training that offers a competitive advantage.

The training must include two 8-hour workshops and two 4-hour workshops, tailored to Noncommissioned Officers, Company Grade Officers, Commanders, Senior Enlisted Leaders, and First Sergeants stationed at Osan Air Base. All training must be conducted in English.

Submission Instructions: Interested parties are invited to submit a response or capability statement to this sources sought notice by 11:59 PM KST, 27 August 2024. Please note that the Government will NOT reimburse vendors for their submissions.
