This notice is to establish the Fort Meade Q-Flow software support/maintenance contract with ACF Technologies, Inc. ACF Technologies is the sole source provider of the Q-Flow application, video periperals, device lincenses, and maintenance and support services for the government sector with the United States. This software is a customer management queing system and used primarily by the ID/Cards/Rapids section of the Directorate of Human Resources. Q-Flow organizes the customer flow through the office services and allows management to monitor customer wait times and continuously develop efficiencies.
