Audio Visual Upgrades - Ft. Meade OSJA

This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside procurement of Audio Visual Upgrades and a follow on support package. A prior notice allowed for site visits. At this time no further requests for site visits will be honored. All interested vendors may submit questions about this procurement no later than 9 July 2024 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Questions received after that date and time will not receive a response.

Important Information on Proposal Submission

Each offeror shall submit an offer within the parameters of FAR 52.212-1 and one (1) additional proposal package that DOES NOT include any identifying information including company name, company logo, CAGE Code / UEI number / Address / Phone Number, or name / names of company personnel. Failure to adhere to the above will result in the Offeror's proposal being deemed "Not Technically Acceptable" and thus excluded from consideration. Please include specific Brand Names and Part numbers of the materials proposed.
