ATC Scientific and Engineering Requirement Solicitation

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government is seeking proposals for ATC Scientific and Engineering Instrumentation and Support Services.

This request for proposals does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of your proposal. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any costs incurred in developing the proposals provided to the Government.
