Recruiting Trailer Vinyl Wrapping

This is requirement is for commercial the vinyl wrapping of provided Kansas Army National Guard Trailers, details and information provided below. This is a non-personal service contract to provide the Kansas Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion updated high gloss vinyl laminate image wrapping for five (5) trailers. The contractor will remove and dispose of the current vinyl wrapping on each trailer.

The contractor will be provided with the art work/ images to be printed and applied to the appropriate trailers (see PWS attachment 1). The Contractor is responsible to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform services as described in the PWS and associated contract documents. The Contractor shall perform to the standards and acceptable quality and performance levels identified in the PWS and associated contract documents.

The contractor shall: Remove existing Vinyl wrapping from all provided trailers Clean and prepare the applicable trailer surfaces for vinyl wrapping application Print images/ artwork. Contractor may resize or make minor adjustments to the provided images with prior approval of designated representative of the Kansas Army National Guard to better facilitate application or improve the quality of the finish product. Professionally apply the printed vinyl image to the appropriate provided trailer.

The contractor may perform minor cuts and abrasion to the printed material to better facilitate quality application and fitting to the contours of the trailer. All tasks are to meet or exceed industry standards for adhesive median application services Delivery/period of performance: Performance to occur between 27 September 2024 and 31 January 2025. Exact dates of performance to be establish upon communications following award.
