The Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this SOURCES SOUGHT or furnishing the requested information.

No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of a contractor's submission of responses to this SOURCES SOUGHT or the Government's use of such information. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any contractor's input resulting from this SOURCES SOUGHT. No contract will be awarded from this announcement.

The Government is only seeking sources/information for market research to determine the availability of commercial capabilities in the described areas. Availability of any formal solicitation will be announced separately. Submittals will not be returned to the sender. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation.

Purchase Description: Resiliency Pods The National Guard Bureau J1 Warrior and Resilience and Fitness Division, in support of their mission of providing resources supportive of fostering a ready and resilient workforce is looking to purchase equipment that will be housed within the National Guard Bureaus facilities. The equipment will be used to provide a mental break from workday stress.

The equipment must provide a quiet and soundproof space for users, capable of incorporating user friendly guided interactive technology, spacious enough to comfortably sit two people at once, use standard GFCI outlets requiring an output of no more than 120V, and requires low maintenance for upkeep.

Quantity: 2 NGB is looking for equal to or better than a Resiliency/Meditation Pod such as the Cabana Pod Unit with the following specifications: “Private booth with four-minute micro-experiences for onsite wellness breaks”.
