A modifaction to the RFQ is being uploaded in this amendment to correct the Small Business Set A side. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure a combined noble metal sputter coater and carbon coater that meets the specifications detailed in the attached solicitation document. This requirement also includes on-site installation and basic operational instruction for 5-10 CERL employees.

Please reference the attached solicitation for all applicable provisions and clauses. Offers should include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, as necessary. Please provide responses to this notice no later than the date and time above to:
