THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove existing rubber roof, cover board, and underlying insulation. The Contractor shall be responsible for replacing the entire ethylene propylene monomer (EPDM) membrane roofing system. Work location is Townshend Lake, Townshend, VT. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238160 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million.
