The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for HVAC Maintenance and Cleaning Services, Otter Brook Lake, Keene, NH.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to perform preventative maintenance and cleaning services to the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system and duct work at the Otter Brook Lake Project Office. All work shall be completed in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations and the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561790 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9 Million.

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
